When a possible abuse is detected and it requires more information to be obtained about what could’ve happened and it’s vital that the account has no further changes to its state, such as personal information being changed, inventory changes in characters, or any other action that could compromise a successful outcome of said investigation. If your account is deactivated because of this, please contact Support immediately!

Avoidance
Always report anything that you feel shouldn’t be happening or that the game shouldn’t allow a player to do.
