When any payment or attempt of payment in an account gets a claim in the payment platform in which it has been made. These can be made by the account owner or the owner of the payment account or method. In any case, we have to deactivate the account to perform an investigation. The user will have to contact us immediately to solve this problem.

Never file claims unless you first contacted us about any kind of problem with a payment. There is always a possibility to try and fix a problem before it has to end in a claim in the payment provider.
