Introduction
We know that account deactivation cases can be very sensitive, and for that reason, we deal with them in the community area. There are a few procedures you need to follow before contacting us and trying to appeal your case, please take a moment to read through the page and see if your case is eligible.
Eligibility
Before applying for an appeal take a moment to read through the list and make sure your case is not one of the listed sanctions below, as these bans cannot be appealed:
- Bans shorter than a month.
- Threats towards Administrators, Developers or Staff of Regnum or NGE.
- Use of Third Party tools to hack, exploit or otherwise harm the game.
- Accounts accused of credit discrepancies in Regnum.
- Account selling activities in the past.
- History of past impersonations of NGE staff.
- Multiple or serious violations of the Terms of Use.
- People who have spammed the game communication channels with appeals or demanding answers.
- If your account has been banned for longer than 5 years, you will be unable to appeal.
First contact
All ban appeals require a series of questions to be answered by the person applying for the appeal. All of these questions must be answered with the most details possible to be considered, so your case can have a more efficient investigation. Make sure you send in your email with the correct set of instructions which have been detailed below.

If the ban is longer than a month, but not permanent:
- Name of the Character that was banned.
- Reason for the ban (with the most amount of details possible).
- Why do you believe your ban should be reduced?
- Why would you like to return to the game and play again?

If the ban is permanent:
- Which was the name of the Character that was banned?
- What was the reason for your ban? (With the most amount of details possible).
- Why do you believe your ban should be reduced?
- Why would you like to return to the game and play again?
- If your account becomes unbanned, you will have an indefinite probation period,in which you will have to abide by the Code of Conduct of Champions of Regnum, if your account is found to be breaching the rules it will be permanently banned again - without another chance for appeal. Requesting Appeals
Please send in your appeals to our email address - appeals@nimblegiant.com. We will review your appeal and there’s a possibility that we will request more information for your cases. Please keep in mind that we get hundreds of requests and cases will take some time to get resolved. All that we ask is that you have patience for your cases, as it could take a long time to get to a resolution.
ID Check
To increase the security of your accounts when dealing with appeals, we make sure that every case has to go through an identity check before returning the accounts to the original owner. If the appeal process is successful we will ask you to corroborate these details with the support team.
